What optional analytics record

We use a random session ID to count pages visited, time spent with a page visible, the page that started a visit, traffic source or campaign, and an approximate location such as city or region. We do not collect raw IP addresses, use advertising trackers, or try to identify you by device.

Booking inquiries

When the booking form confirms a submission, we count one inquiry. Your name, email, phone number, and event details go to our inquiry service and are not copied into the analytics report. If you allow analytics, that inquiry can be associated with the random session ID so we can see which visits led to an inquiry; it is never associated with your contact details.

Retention and choices

Session-level analytics records are automatically deleted after 90 days. Your choice is saved in this browser, and you can change it at any time. Turning analytics off removes the current session from the report and stops future session tracking; an inquiry still remains in the anonymous inquiry total. Inquiry totals are kept for the same 90-day reporting window.
